I think a lot of moderate PA voters who reluctantly pulled the lever for Trump are having buyer's remorse.

These people are the incumbents

It’s not a surprise they have an advantage

What are the numbers for the Legislative elections? That will be important.

Also, a generic Congressional lead would be fine if the Representatives would be elected at large. They're not.

There are about 6 Congressional districts in PA alone in play with the Democrats likely to net at least 3 or 4 seats and potentially a couple more.

It’s only one poll, but a poll showing both D incumbents winning by double digits, Democrats winning the generic ballot by double digits, and Trump approval upside down by double digits, with 2 months to go until Election Day is terrible news for R congressmen trying to survive in Pennsylvania in redrawn districts that overall are more favorable to the Democrats.

Cook Political Reports has Democrats favored in picking up a net 3 seats in Pennsylvania, with 3 other R seats rated as less than totally safe.

But the GOP is so persuasive, so much better than the Democratic agenda...

11% independents polled? Lol. Give me a break. This is what happens when a poll calls people in the huge cities and NOT the rest of the state.
