Sure, let's bring back all the low tech, low paying manufacturing jobs that have gone to China and other countries. That sure would show them and have people lined up around the block here for the jobs. I'm sure that Blackburn would love to run on that platform.

Other than Trump who said Hunter was a good guy? He has generally been known as a sleaze for awhile. As far as the timing, he has been under Investigation for about two years. Also as a side note the Attorney for the Southern District of California is Adam L Braverman who was appointed last year by Sessions.
His crimes were bad enough. He then tries to throw his wife under the bus to save himself. He's sort of like the George Costanza of corrupt politicians.

In a state like TN the polls will be going up and down. Nobody really know until the night of Nov 6. + the Republicans SHOULD win TN...it's a red state. If the Democrats win it's just a bonus.

For any candidate to run, that candidate must be inspired and must be aggressive to address what the constituents really need. You have to wonder about Blackburn's real motives. There are still some shady characters out there with traps, painting rosy pictures to cover up chaff. That's why it's important for voters to know their candidates before they vote. Thank goodness for the internet.
I think as Election Day draws closer, Senate races are moving towards the standard partisanship levels in their respective states. Note that this is a CBS poll and they are showing the Democrat ahead in Arizona and even more so in New Jersey, so it isn't a source biased in favor of Republicans. The problem for Bredesen is that regardless of supporting him for governor in the past, Tennessee in 2018 is a strongly red state where the president is highly popular, and Blackburn is on the right team.
You probably had best not schedule the victory dance quite yet. This race may prove to be a closer one than you think.
Or it might turn out to be a lanslide win for Blackburn. Probably best for you not to schedule anything yet yourself.
