No, the videos are legitimate. Planned Parenthood did these horrible things.

The judgment was that the person videoing was trespassing because they used a false name and did not reveal their intent.

Anyone not able to see that this invasion is an organized, contrived attempt to influence the midterms, and to create chaos and distraction, doesn't want the truth.

"The value was under $300 and it will be appropriately reported to the FEC.""

How many thousands of dollars did the Republicans spend on this Project Veritas smear campaign to catch a couple of staffers who donated $300 worth of baby wipes and diapers.
I"ll betcha they were reimbursed many times over.

While I voted for Mr. O'Rourke, I still believe the edge belongs to Senator Cruz.

However, I am heartened by the reports of the Texas youth stepping up and voting in large, record-breaking numbers. Obviously, not all would be voting for Beto, but I have a hard time believing that such large numbers are excited by either Governor Abbott or by Senator Cruz.

Indeed, several news sources indicate that voting among the young (less than 30 years of age) increased by 500 percent compared to the 2014 mid-terms:

https://www.newsweek.com/beto-orourk...m-cruz-1195812

Note that Georgia has also seen a remarkable increase in the young vote: up some 450 percent:

If said young voters are, in actuality, voting for Senator Cruz, then so be it. I always urge people to vote, regardless of party affiliation. If the majority believe Mr. Cruz is the best Senator for this state, I shall accept that.

I don't live in Texas or even plan to visit, but I donated to Beto's campaign, because that guy is one impressive candidate and human being. He has a huge political future--far larger than Cruz does. Beto is going national very quickly. All age demographics like him, plus younger people. That younger vote matters a lot.

And actually, Cruz's ad and claim that Beto is for open borders is False. It is Fiction. Cruz made it up. Nobody wants open borders--it is a meaningless term with a negative connotation that Trump invented.

As you can see, Cruz and Trump need to lie win. So they do.

".....The concept of "open borders" drew the PolitiFact Truth-O-Meter initially when Donald Trump in 2016 charged Democrat Hillary Clinton with favoring open borders. Experts said then that making it easier for undocumented immigrants to obtain legal status wasn’t the same as getting rid of enforcement and allowing open borders....

But there’s a longer history to "open borders," which the U.S. essentially had for 85 years, the libertarian Cato Institute notes. "From 1790 to 1875," the institute says, any "immigrant from any country could legally enter, live and work in the United States."

Yet Congress subsequently regulated immigration decade after decade while nowadays, Cato analyst Alex Nowrasteh told us by email, there "are no members of Congress who support ‘open borders’ or anything that even approaches it."

Edward Alden, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations who authored a 2008 book on federal actions to tighten U.S. borders after 9/11, similarly told us he’s unaware of congressional advocates for opening our borders. "It’s a derogatory term," Alden said by phone, "that doesn’t have a whole lot of analytical meaning. It’s not even in the conversation in Washington," Alden said, where the focus since the 1990s has been on strengthening border security.

Default Beto is narrowing the gap.

A few weeks back, Cruz had a 9 point lead. Polls following that have had Lyin Ted's lead dropping to 6 points, then 5, then 3.6, then 3pts and now there's a poll showing them tied at 49 apiece.

Beto didn't ask for Obama's endorsement. He believes he can win this on his own and wants it that way.

So Trump violates FEC rules by paying off a porn star $130,000 and his personal attorney implicates him in a federal crime and that's Okay? Let some misguided kids try and help feed someone and give them water for a couple of hundred dollars breaking the same rules and that's the crime of the century? Oh the hypocrisy. Tell you what. Lock Trump up and then deal with the O'Rourke campaign.
