Keep in mind that the last time Trump said such a thing, he cupped his hands to his mouth before the podium and shouted to the Russians that if they had Hilary's 30,000 missing emails, would they please send them in etc. etc.
And the hysterical Democrats immediately started screaming that saying that this announcement amounted to colluding with the Russians, working with them on stolen emails!
Get ready for the same Democrats to scream next that President Trump is "once again" colluding with Russians, this time on a stolen election.
BTW, why is Broward County the only one in Florida who is still lagging in counting their votes? Dade County got hit by a major hurricane just last month, but got all their votes counted by early Wednesday morning. What is Broward County doing?

Dade County did not get hit by a hurricane last month.
In Florida in particular, if a ballot coming from overseas from a registered voter is postmarked by Election Day, Nov. 6, it will be counted if it arrives by Nov. 16.
