Liberals are A-OK with gross incompetence and crime as long as it favors them and their causes.

When your standard bearer is a *****-grabbing birther, pathological liar and money laundering grifter who praises murderous dictators I would not throw stones.

WHY is she STILL IN CHARGE?
That is a good question for Rick Scott since he has the power to remove her but did nothing & she was appointed by Jeb Bush.
It seems Scott now cares because it is affecting his election & just ignored her past issues.

Florida resident in Miami just killed a 24-ft python in his back yard, and thinking it just ate the neighbors dog, cut it open to find 5 boxes of election ballots.

Damn! That's crazy! A snake that size could have held much more. Libs sold themselves short on this one!

She's an elected official. How can Rick Scott remove her when the voters chose her to be the Supervisor of Elections? She won her last re-election in 2016. What powers does the Governor have to remove a Supervisor of Elections in Florida? There are 67 of them, one for each county. The governor isn't their boss.

Welcome to the Banana Republic of Broward County.

Just heard on TV that Brenda Sipes of Broward County Election Board, has once again refused to release records on how many ballots were sent to each precinct, how many were sent back unused (blank), and how many were voted.

It's information that every county routinely counts as the election goes on. And once the polls close, the information can be compiled and reported in about 10 minutes.

Every county in Florida has done that. Except Broward County, which continues to refuse despite court orders and a State Constitutional requirement, even three days after the election.

And they keep mysteriously finding more and more ballots. And the votes for Democrats keep going up and up, long after counting should be finished.
Broward County, Florida/total Population 1.936 million

Voters in 2018 - 2,150 million

Nothing to see here

I believe he has the power to remove any state or local official even if it's a elected position.

If the rules are still the same as they were 8 years ago, then this is mostly correct. He can suspend the official.
