Broward has not even finished the machine count to even start a hand count.
The Governor is not close enough to have a state wide recount. The Senate and some state constitutional amendments are.
The Governor race is at .41%, so that's under the half-percent threshold for a machine recount. I believe only the machine recount must be done by Thursday, not the hand count.

Glad to see this judge hitting back at the maniac's irresponsible over the top rhetoric demonizing our democratic process and counting of all the votes.
Judge told Scott to quit it with the unproven allegations. But it's typical of the right.
Seeing how Scott is Governor of the state and in charge of elections - he should limit his yapping to proveable facts. He's taking a page out of Trump's book - throw up chit and see what sticks.
