True but FASCISTS Trump/Republicans really, really, really, H-A-T-E the rule of law!

The race for the governor, senate, and the commissioner of agriculture are the only 3 that need to be recounted. The margin of votes had to be within .5% to trigger a machine count. After that, if the margin is under .25% there will be a hand count. I think that DeSantis will win the governorship because his margin is still over .25%, but the other two will go to a hand count.

Ballots that couldn't be read by the machines will be evaluated individually. For example, if someone writes on the ballot or colors outside the lines or votes for both candidates, it gets rejected by the machine, but a real person might be able to figure out the intent. When you vote in person, you can request a new ballot if you mess it up, but when voters are mailed ballots, they only have one and if they mess up, they might X something out or spell out what they want or use white out. Those ballots get rejected by the machines and counted by hand if a hand recount is required.

After all we remember the "MORON-IN-CHIEF,NO-IQ-PATHOLOGICAL-LYING-NUT-JOB" spewed the same BS during the 2016 elections and formed his ASININE VOTER FRAUD COMMISSION, which disbanded because of LACK-OF-EVIDENCE, which is ALWAYS the case in the crap that comes from his DERANGEMENT!
The judge addressed BOTH sides. The crap is how you try to spin it as one sided.

There's been an extension granted in West Palm. They now have until November 20 to finish the recount. I expect that more extensions will be granted for Broward and any other county. I'm glad the circuit judges seem to want to see who the real winner is and not rush things through to benefit one party without finding out for sure.
