Buffoonery is not accepting the updated count because it was 2 minutes late.
What is this a high school term paper?

Florida has had since Bush v Gore to get their election chit together and they STILL can't do it. And that includes Governor Rick Scott who had the power to clean up their elections LONG before this.
Democrats are cheating all over the place, especially in Fla. They even altered cure affidavits that went out with the wrong deadline date on them. These people need to go to jail.
Hillsborough County FL recount gave Scott an additional 750 votes. County supervisor submitted the original count to the State.
Broward County found 800 additional votes for Scott but because they submitted the recount after 3pm, the original count has to be used.
Why have a deadline if it isn't going to be enforced? Is ten minutes late ok? 2 hours? 18 hours? 2 weeks? No matter where you draw the line, one could miss the line by a few minutes and make the same lame argument.
Well, deadlines for many things are often assessed, then determined if it is a missed deadline, and an extension is granted. The project to submit is assessed on its progress, intended time to submit, etc, then a determination is made to grant an extension.
There are times to have hardened deadlines, such as a bid on a large scale project, but other times, in my opinion this instance, there is no real reason to.

No, Florida has it together, just a few counties do not.
And yes, I imagine the fallout if Scott attempted to clean up the election mess in a Democrat strong area.
