The NC elections board has voted for a new election. This follows the initial top vote getter Mark Harris, who was the beneficiary of the alleged fraud, requesting that a new election be called after testimony was heard in hearings. He had previously earlier petitioned a judge to declare him the winner.

Because in the end, the decision is really up to Nancy Pelosi and the US House DNC caucus. And IMO, the GOP in the house won't waste time defending Harris. The GOP never wanted Harris in the first place.

So at some point, we end up with another election in D9. And it will be some new GOP candidate, and most likely McCready. The NC GA has already said that if a new election is called, there will be primaries too. The US House can't stop that.
A new election has been ordered. Harris himself told the Elections Board that a new election should be held.

When Harris himself asks for a new election you can't lay that one on the democrats.

See this post.

I already said there was definitely going to be another election, BEFORE they called it. And the NC GA has said that if there is one, there will be primaries to go with it. McCready might not even be the DEM candidate if he's challenged.

It's a fascinating situation. There are several lawsuits ongoing that requires NC to redraw D9 and others, before 2020.

Man, conservatives sure like to cheat. Trump campaign working with Russia to dish out stolen e-mails. NC campaign workers forging and tossing ballots. Liberals don't do this stuff.

Good to see the fraud election is not being upheld.

This isn't about Gerrymandering, this is outright election fraud. Where is outcry from Trump and his voter fraud commission.

It's really rich all of the voter suppression laws that have gone up from Rs "worried" about Dem election fraud and now the biggest provable fraud in years comes from the GOP.

Man, things continue to fly right over your head. And it's got nothing to do with Trump.

Except that nothing has been proved and have you ever voted in NC? I don't think so. It's one of the easiest places to vote in the country.

Remember it's the Democrats in NC who fought Voter ID which will ensure the vote is sound.
