Didn't know much about Beto until very recently. But if the Democrats have any chance, I'd say he needs to be on the top of the ticket. Why? Biden is too old. Beto is far more likeable. Beto has a lot more energy.

The election of 2020 will be all about the Millennials and Gen Z, and Joe Biden is simply not going to draw that vote, at least with any enthusiasm.
I agree about Biden being too old, and I'm not sure this is the time for Beto, I could see him run as VP, maybe with Amy Klobuchar or Sherrod Brown on the top of the ticket.

This is my guess for the best DNC ticket. Harris/O'Rourke. They are interchangeable. Make it O'Rourke/Harris if you like that better. Really no difference except that Harris has at least won a statewide election.
Looks like somebody's prediction fell flat on its face.

Since both Harris and O’Rourke have dropped out prior to the first primary election, and therefore can not compete in the general election, any further postings in this thread would be off topic - as indeed they appear to be doing.
