Once the ole guard is gone (Biden-Schumer-Pelosi) it's over ... there is no going back.

Are you aware of some scandal involving Warren that the rest of us aren't? Your second sentence is a non sequitur.

Wall Street Democrats appear to be ready to sit out 2020, if Elizabeth Warren (Pocahontas) is the nominee for the Democrats. That would be very interesting, as they typically are major funders of Democrat presidential candidates. They certainly were for both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Wall Street Democrats threaten to sit out 2020 if Warren is the nominee

Democratic donors on Wall Street and in big business are preparing to sit out the presidential campaign fundraising cycle — or even back President Donald Trump — if Sen. Elizabeth Warren wins the party’s nomination.

In recent weeks, CNBC spoke to several high-dollar Democratic donors and fundraisers in the business community and found that this opinion was becoming widely shared as Warren, an outspoken critic of big banks and corporations, gains momentum against Joe Biden in the 2020 race.

“You’re in a box because you’re a Democrat and you’re thinking, ‘I want to help the party, but she’s going to hurt me, so I’m going to help President Trump,’” said a senior private equity executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity in fear of retribution by party leaders. The executive said this Wednesday, a day after Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that the House would begin a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump.

During the campaign, Warren has put out multiple plans intended to curb the influence of Wall Street, including a wealth tax.
The anti-capitalist wing of the increasingly socialist Democrat party may think this anti-business talk is pretty cool stuff. But the targets of her wrath are apparently not nearly so enthusiastic about either her or her stated agenda.

Wow! I think this is HUGE!!!

P.S. Glad to be reassured (once again) that not all Democrats are crazy!

It seems very strange to me that Democrats are going so hard after this Ukraine stuff. Shedding light on Ukraine puts Joe Biden at extreme risk.

Could this be a repeat of the DNC knocking out a Democratic primary candidate in 2016?
Democrats are going hard on the Ukraine stuff because the rule of law in this case is more pressing than future political concerns.

If the POTUS is permitted to improperly use the power of the office in violation of law for his personal benefit, then we essentially have a king.

Were you bothered because only having 10 candidates at a time on stage for these debates is not enough in your view? Well, you are in luck, as it appears that the next debate will on one night, with what appears to be 12 candidates this time around. Oh, goodie.

October Democratic debate will be on one night

The Democratic National Committee intends to hold its fourth presidential primary debate on one night in October, packing the stage with as many as 12 qualified candidates.

"To address several inquiries we have received we are writing to let you know that, pending a final decision after the certification deadline, it is the intention of the DNC and our media partners to hold the October debate over one night on Tuesday October 15th," the DNC wrote in an email to campaigns on Friday.

You are forgetting that Biden, not Trump is the one who took improper payments. It matters little how Trump found out, as long as he did not have any part of the U.S. government investigating an opponent.

How do you know Biden's payments were improper? Some company lost their patron and hired the VP's son as an outside director in hopes to help them land a few contracts with the west... nothing ever came of it and he eventually moved on. That is improper how?

However this will come with a price. The party will be united, but lose some voter support. The 2020 election is more likely a president Trump win. Strategically smart, but the dems lose the house again.
As much as I dislike Nancy Pelosi , shes as good a politician as it gets. The long game is now coming into view.

2024 maybe a political "king tide" for the republicans.
Remains to be seen if enough states will demand tax returns from candidates before they can register to run

Tulsi Gabbard has apparently reversed her position, and will now support the Democrat's impeachment effort against President Trump.

Tulsi Gabbard reverses position, supports Trump impeachment inquiry

Well, sadly, this makes sense, as her former position - as principled as it clearly was - was politically untenable for her, especially if she wants to continue to run for president as a Democrat and stay in the race.

I had previously been so impressed with her previous, principled stand. I had been starting to think that principled decision making was on the verge of becoming extinct in today's Democrat party. And she all of the sudden stood up and declared that she was going to do the right thing. It was a refreshing as it was impressive.

But, the pressure of the Democrat left lynch mob, which is currently in one of it's periodic frenzies, was apparently too much for her. Is there anyone left in that crowd who will even try to stand up to the howls of the mob and provide some principled leadership? If there is, I could not tell you who it might be.
