So, who will pile into the Democrat's presidential clown car? Here are a few names that I predict. Whoever else you think is going to run, please do let us know.

Bernie Sanders
Hillary Clinton
Joe Biden
Elizabeth Warren
Terry McCauliffe
Rahm Emmanuel
Michael Bloomberg
Eric Holder
Kamala Harris
Corey Booker
Elizabeth Warren
Kristen Gillibrand
+ maybe a dozen more

And who will be the final four? Any guesses? And why do you think that?

I think that the final three will be Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden. Kamala Harris from the "Identity Politics" and "Political correctness" wing of the party. Bernie Sanders from the hardcore socialist wing of the party. And Joe Biden from the establishment elite wing of the party. As far as a fourth, I am leaving open a spot for a surprise.
It is quite a Clown World.

I guess a person can back that statement up with the fact that the vast majority of welfare recipients are democrats.

So it is no surprise to me that the dumbest group of people in America today cannot see the bigger picture and how we're all being manipulated by a globalist scheme to destroy America (and the rest of the West).

But you go on ahead believing it is actually right wingers.
Show me your proof the biggest welfare recipients are democrats. Its known that red states take more than give more to the US as a whole..

LOL

As if everyone in America isn't aware of who is on welfare and who they are far more likely to support (DEMOCRATS) to run this once-great nation into its grave.

More polls:

ABC/WP: Biden 30, Sanders 19, Harris 13, Warren 12, Buttigieg 4
YouGov: Biden 23, Warren 19, Harris 15, Sanders 9, Buttigieg 8

Now that all of the polls are post-first debate, here is the revised RCP Poll average

RCP Avg.: Biden 27.2, Sanders 14.8, Harris 14.7, Warren 13.5, Buttigieg 5.3, O'Rourke 2.3, Booker 2.3, Castro 1.3

That is eight candidates. Nobody else is over 1%.

So Sanders and Harris are effectively even and Warren is within about a point of these two, which makes this effectively a statistical three way tie.

Biden is still up by 12.4 points, which is nearly double what the second tier candidates have. Who here believes that is going to hold up? Also, please note how much variance there is in Biden's poll numbers in the average. They range from 22-33% In the two polls above, it varies between 30% to 23%. These numbers are obviously in flux.

I am surprised to see that Castro did not get more of a bump coming out of the first debates. He is going to need to look for a way to break out in the weeks to come.

Talk about a bomb thrower. No doubt this will impress many among the anti-gun and anti-US Constitution far left. And we could see another round of "metooism" by many of the other candidates running for the nomination as they all rush to basically embrace their idea as their own.

But this is not going to help them beat Trump in a general election. In fact it is likely to hurt her and the Democrats.
I am obviously pro-gun control, but it's a losing issue at the national level. It cost Dems the US House in 1994. It cost Al Gore his home state of TN (and Clinton's AR) in 2000; otherwise he would have been 'President Gore.' It cost Kerry in 2004, and Hillary in 2016. I believe it partly explains why the blue dogs went from a peak of 54 house members in 2010 to around 14 in 2012.

I personally have a friend who is life-long Republican, but a 'never Trumper,' and was set to vote for Hillary in 2016. She came out with some fervent anti-gun diatribe sometime around July/Aug. My friend voted for Evan McMullin.

Why do you have such an issue with simply registering any new gun you buy going forward after a new gun law is passed?

Are you afraid of something?

Contrary to the nut cases out there, no one is going to take away the guns you already own.
!

A vote for McMullin is the same as a vote for Trump. She might as well have stayed home. So now we have Trump as President. Hope your friend is proud of herself.

Nobody in their right mind would ever trust any of your people to keep that promise.

Trump is spending our money like water. Oh, I bet this 4th of July military style parade costs a bundle. The preparation (and reversal) of the attack on Iran is another waste. Plus the $$millions spent taking he and Melania back and forth to his FL place frequently, and the cost of hotels for his Secret Service agents every weekend for his golf outings to his own clubs.

I’m a registered Independent. I voted for Reagan and even the first time for Nixon. Have voted for a number of local Republicans. Even held an event for a local moderate Republican last year. I didn’t vote for George W. Bush (I knew he was going to start the Iraq War when he ran for his second term.)

I’m a centrist—especially on economics. So, when you say “your people,” you are not correct. I don’t like any of the far left candidates—Sanders, Warren, Harris, Castro, and the guru, Marianne Williamson. I just think Trump is a disaster for our country, and that he is mentally deranged and a terrible President.

If a law is passed that requires all newly purchased weapons to be registered, the LAW would require that only newly purchased weapons be registered. Nobody is going to come to your door and take all your guns.

You seem like a smart guy. Perhaps you could try to open up your mind a bit.
