Jail wasnt the first response, you are completely ignoring the first half of my post and the previous one just to attack her.

The law in California says the school should do all that. So by the time it gets to the Attorney General( or more likely the County DA), everything you said should be done was done.

And she doesn't go after ever entity her office is given probable cause to: https://theintercept.com/2017/01/03/...n-leaked-memo/
Again, the school itself can say " this kid had genuine reasons to not be in school", you are again ignoring context to attack her.

Why are all of the RightWingers so scared of Kamala Harris? Most black people are NOT a fan of Kamala so she isn't going to get the black vote

I'm a right winger and not scared of her a bit. I'm reading this forum and laughing at how you libs are fighting on how liberal she is. If even the libs don't like her she has no chance at all

1. Did I get it wrong? I thought she threatened to jail the parents to scare them into sending them into school, and laughed:

2. Read the link, it's not about that.

What the flip do banks have to do with instilling parental responsibility in partnership with educators??? Talk about a disconnect.

It's relative. It shows the difference between prosecuting poor parents and bankers.

What a hopeless perspective to have such a disconnect.

The 14th Amendment has nothing to do with it. It's irrelevant. The 14th Amendment had to do with freed slaves. It did not change the definition of "natural born citizen."

A "natural born citizen" is a child of two citizen parents. Perhaps it is you who needs to read and study the Constitution.
