I already provided the (I repeat) CNN article (important to note it wasn't an opinion piece) ripping Beto for being white and male and he isn't even formally running yet.

Race and gender politics is going to be the only real story in the 2020 democratic primary...screw policy.

Same crap from 2016. "Bernie doesn't respect women, he's racist, he's an old white man! Sooo, let's vote for a corporatist wall-street supporter! Yay!"

Huh? Kamala Harris is super likeable. She's intelligent, well-spoken, and knows how to keep her cool. How is she not likeable?

And I don't even agree with many of her stances.

Will 2020 be the year when we elect a woman at last?

Who knows?

But I think any woman's chances are better than zero right now. A lot of them seem to think their chances are better than zero too.
The chances aren't much better than zero. It's time to be realistic. The US is quite frankly not ready yet to have a female president. Yes, many countries have gotten there, but the US just isn't there yet. Countries will evolve at their own pace. Even Obama's presidency proved traumatic to a lot of people (see: birther movement, rumours of him being a "secret Muslim", etc).

If the Dems were smart, they would only choose white Christian men to run, because that is the easiest for the Americans to swallow.

Wouldn't it be funny if Hillary runs again?

America will have no problem electing a woman when the right woman runs. Hillary actually got more popular votes in 2016 which disproves the notion that a woman is not electable. The problem was she didn't have them distributed more strategically.

I was never crazy about Harris but in a couple of her recent interviews she has come of fairly knowledgeable. Her biggest problem will be that some primary voters see her as too conservative and some general election voters are not agreeable to someone from CA. But if she puts in AZ in play and draws big numbers in Detroit, Philly, Milwaukee and metro Atlanta she would really create a lot of problems for Trump. From Reagan forward only Bush has had more than 4 years on the national stage before winning the Presidency. So as much as people harp about experience it is rarely reflected when it comes time to vote.

Ah, Jacob Wohl is up to antics again

"Wohl, a well-known conspiracy theorist who notoriously claimed he had evidence that special counsel Robert Mueller had been accused of sexual misconduct but failed to bring forth witnesses, wrote on Tuesday that "Kamala Harris is NOT eligible to be President. Her father arrived from Jamaica in 1961—mother from India arrived in 1960. Neither parent was a legal resident for 5 years prior to Harris’s birth, a requirement for naturalization Kamala was raised in Canada."

Why would she put the working class votes in play?

It proves -- and it disproves -- absolutely nothing.

The only reason Hillary received more of the popular vote is because the Trump Campaign correctly focused on the electoral college.

Actually, her biggest problem is that, in her own words, she's an avowed racist.
