As the title says if voting was changed to RCV Nationwide for the Presidential race. As well as early poll voting on the Four Saturday's prior to Election Day. Do you think it would have an impact on future Elections?

Also what if Primary races for Presidential candidates were open?

I think ranked choice could definitely change elections. Early voting might change a few, but I don’t think it is much of a game changer in the larger scheme of things.

Both parties have experimented with open primaries in different places, but none of the experiments took. There’s no way to force primaries to be open, since it runs into the rights of organizations to define their membership and officers for themselves, unless racial/sexual/religious discrimination is involved.

Thinking of open primaries being that for the Presidential race
You go in you are a registered voter

You get a sheet of all the Candidates from each Party

You pick 2 from Each Party

The one with the highest percentage of votes wins the Promaries for their respected Party
