Seems kind of ironic that many people in the South are into preserving Confederate history, monuments, etc. while other (supposedly more enlightened) people want to erase early American history.

Keep it up Democrats... This is exactly why you cannot win elections in much of the country. Democrats love to talk about how offensive everything is. Well, to much of the country, THIS is offensive.

we have far too many of these nitwits that want to erase american history because they think it isnt "enlightened enough". if these people had to go through what those guys went through, they would be balled up in a corner sucking their thumbs and crying for their mommies to come save them from the big bad world.
