Who says she must keep her opinions to herself? So far, she's never said a thing about running again for President. That's the only way she could ever get the job and she knows it.
So if she does indulge in fantasies during a speech, which is doubtful given her long experience, everyone already knows they're fantasies. She can broadcast them just as much as you or I can.
No one would ever think I was serious about running for President, nor you, probably. No harm, no foul. We can all speak as we wish in this country. And our words can always be mis-interpreted.
