biden is responding to a question about southern senators becoming "warmer to the problems of the negro in america". his response is actually in defense of republican politicians in the south.

Honestly after Trump, I think a candidate could show up to rallies with strippers on the stage and no one would care.

I don't think people appreciate just how America has changed since Trump. The idea of being "Shocked and Appalled" by a President's conduct seems so 2000's at this point.

While I might have been down with "say it loud, I'm black and I'm proud" there was no looking down at people who said negro. Or any shaking of the head at people who used Afro-American.

And as I posted earlier my grandmother, the domestic help for a retired Army Colonel near Fort Polk Louisiana used colored up to her death in 1998.

Democrats have pissed off most of white Americans. It will take a Democrat who starts his general election campaign by stating underemployed and unemployed whites don’t feel too damn privileged to win. Better not say that until the nomination is sewed up.

Also, his remark about "he'll put ya-all back in chains" is an insult to the intelligence of black people. IMHO. And don't forget about his remark about OBama being a "clean black." If Dems are attempting to win this election by accusing the other side of racism, they would do better than to put Biden up as the nominee.
Well, I've seen so many threads constantly obsessing about who Black people vote for. I figure this thread is no different.

Libs don't care. A dem candidate could be a recent slave holder or a serial killer and they really wouldn't care, as long as they supported abortion and illegal immigration.

Look at all the crazy things that the Clintons and Obama did that were simply ignored.

That's no different than how many conservatives behave. It boils down to people looking out for their own first. Liberals do it, conservatives do it.

Well, this is the primary. There are more people to vote for in the Democratic primary besides Biden.
