Biden is the incumbent Democrat Vice President and presumed front runner for months. For him to do as badly in both these states is a sure sign that he's a very flawed candidate. No candidate as well known as Biden, has ever been elected that this badly in NH and Iowa.



So while the Black vote alone may score him the nomination, he'll be destroyed in the general election. Remember he's already tried it twice before and failed badly, very badly. This and all he's been thrown by his competition are softballs. Trump will eat the flailing Biden alive.

Incorrect. Incumbent means current holder of office. Biden stopped being the incumbent when Pence was sworn into office.
