This forum is so frustrating!!!! Why denigrate and insult each other? Why can't people have differing views without insulting and belittling each other??

Who do so many Clintonites label all Obamaites as brainless, kool-aid drinking automatons incapable of rational thought? Why is there the assumption that we are all idiot minions who don't understand his positions or recognize his faults, or proceed as sheep? Who started that? I certainly don't see that in real life.

I don't understand why Clinton has so much support still but I certainly think we should be civil to each other, mislabeling and insulting the "other side" (both ways) is destructive, mean spirited, and completely useless.

[EDIT] Why do some Obamaites accuse Clintonites of racism? or other nasty insults?

We should be THRILLED that there are two Dem candidates who inspire so much passion and excitement from their base. We shouldn't mock and insult one another over it.

Is everyone so insulated behind their keyboards that they can't be decent to one another anymore?

Maybe I expect to much from the Internet. {sigh}

I would say the "elitists" Obama supporters are the most insulting, intolerant, just downright nasty, etc, etc, etc.

I try not to be mean. I don't think they are brainless, or whatever. they just support socialism. I don't.

Because we forgot that we are all Americans. We all have the best interest of America in our hearts, but because we are 300000000 million strong we have differences and it shocks us every day that everyone does not have the same circumstances or vision that we do.

I find it interesting, #1, that when you talk about being "mean," you only refer to Clinton supporters. Meanwhile, some of the Obamaphiles have "out-meaned" anyone on here and many Clinton supporters have gotten disgusted and stopped posting. I know I don't post nearly as much as I did previously. Being called a "bi**h" and "ignorant" by them gets really old.

I agree. And it's the Obama supporters who are the ones calling Hillary names and calling her supporters or anyone against Obama racists. Obama's race has nothing at all to do with my not thinking that he would make a good president. He lacks the experience and the grit to be our president. As I've posted before, I would have voted for Colin Powell if he had chosen to run for president, but he didn't. I am also a big fan of Oprah, and she is a person with real charisma and has accomplished many good things, including inspiring hope and making real positive changes in real people's lives. I am just not at all impressed with Obama as a presidential candidate for this election year.

I think it has more to do with the fustration that neither candidate has a clear path to the nomination and some think that they can discourage the other to give up. It is the same as people conning themselves into believeing that putting the right president in office will make alot of difference in their personal lives.

Don't forget that we are frequently being accused of being racist. And Obama people are also calling the blue collar workers in PA racist also for not voting for Hillary.

And it's the ugliness of the Obama voters that additionally turn me off from the Obama campaign. Sure, Obama has not directly said any of these things, however I see that Obama has a terrible effect on the people that support him. He is the one bringing out the the ugly side of people and he is the one causing divisiveness, not Hillary. The Obama cult is all happy with their thoughts of hope and change until someone disrupts their false reality bubble, then they turn nasty.
