Biden is simply not mentally fit for the Presidency.
Moderates and independents (like myself) are mostly not voting for an unintelligible, mumbling, low energy older man like Joe Biden, who has sadly declined greatly since 2016.
He cannot effectively lead, because he cannot effectively form logical thoughts into sentences any longer.
