The curve in the states on the coast is flattening out. The virus is traveling to the midwestern red states. When Trumpers start dropping like flies, their tune will change.

All Biden has to do is show photos of body bags and the ticker with the death toll. And the ads being released by The Lincoln Project and Republicans for the Rule of Law have been terrific!!! They skewer Trump.

Actually, the states hard hit by Covid are going to vote for whomever the D-nominee is.

Many swing states are much less impacted and are potentially likely to prefer Trumps approach than that of Biden's as they don't see the need as acutely.

Not to mention that the whole world has been hit hard by Covid, most people aren't stupid enough to blame Trump for that.

P.S. A little dose of reality from someone that never has and never will vote for Trump. If you really want to beat him you need to craft a message for the middle, not the loyalists and stop being so insular in your views of the US because you're losing on that issue imo.

There is no burning need for Biden to campaign hard now.

Strategically he's best to save his energy and resources for the convention and then the push at the end.

The election is still a long way off.

What "energy and resources" does this vile, mendacious, corrupt , unaccomplished, clueless old political hack possess?

The “burning need” is that the U.S. is in the middle of its worst crisis since the Second World War and Biden is nowhere to be found.
