Biden is none of the above. He just doesn't have "it". Neither did Hillary. Joe has always been a piece of the puzzle.

Cuomo has the wrecking-ball style arrogance, and the left is eating it up.

Libs prefer "girly-men" as Arnold put it. Arnold and Cuomo are similar in that they are not girly men, but the Libs still fawn over them.

Why? I'm having a hard time understanding why Trump's arrogance is repulsive to Libs, yet Cuomo's isn't.

I'm guessing its not just the personality make-up, but the personality traits must be coupled to an idology.

They hate him because he dared to beat their gal Hillary and they believe he cheated to do so.

They hate him because he has called them to task and is holding their feet to the fire by shaking up the status quo within the DC bubble.

They hate him because he is draining the swamp and exposing the hypocrisy of the Left while showing the world how the mass media is nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Left.

In a way Trump is a wrecking ball. I like to say that he is like Teddy Roosevelt who was described as a man that "walked softly and carried a big stick" , well Trump stomps loudly and carries a club but he doesn't take any guff from anyone.

He has no fear because he is beholding to no one in DC and he only answers to the voters that hired him.

Trump has character, charisma, he is like a Maitre de at a fine restaurant. He wants everyone to be happy, live long and prosper.

Don’t underestimate the DEEP hate the left has for Trump — I think THAT is what will excite dem voters...
It's not just the left. Increasingly, a lot of his voters and independents are fed up with him too.

I don't think excitement is what the voters want from our next President. That's all we have been given from the White House for the past 4 years, and I tend to think voters want some quiet, steady relief from all the noise and thunder that explodes out of the Oval Office daily.
