progressive, hispanic, politically experienced, young julian castro would have been a good choice for biden's vp. he also has name recognition after running for the democratic party presidential nomination and is associated with obama. he was a member of obama's cabinet.
alas, castro is the wrong sex. biden said he would only pick a woman.
Castro was extremely rude to Biden during at least one of the Debates. In fact, Castro strikes me as generally rude. I prefer most of the women being discussed to Julian Castro.
The most popular progressive female is overwhelmingly Elizabeth Warren.
I can see it now, mad max sitting at a strategy meeting next to Biden and he leans over to smell her hair.

The article has a lot of good info on Duckworth. Even without legs, she could KICK dotard out of the white house and into the dustbin of history.

Gov of New Mexico Michelle Lujan Grisham has a couple crotch grabbing sexual assault accusations in the past few years. One is an alleged drunken joke and another allegation is a bad attempt at joke at the expense of the person assaulted. IMO, she's not going to be considered as VP due to this.
Atlanta Mayor Bottoms . One of her security detail officers, Office Oliver Simmonds, shot and killed an unarmed male( D’Ettrick Griffin 18) that stole his unmarked vehicle at a gas pump and was driving away when shot.
