Great point, hence the slave reparation pandering to the black vote. You did however forget the Independents. If you have the black vote along with the Independent vote and the I think it's about as equal for Democrat votes as Evangelical's, then you have a significant block of votes. Then there's that tricky question of the electoral college which deletes many voices. We saw that in 2016 when 3 million voices meant nothing. Black votes, white votes, Independent votes mean nothing compared to the electoral college vote.
