Something crazy is going on- this is the third or fourth swing state poll showing Biden winning or coming exceedingly close with the white vote while underperforming with minorities. If the Democrats are seriously coming that close among whites it would be a bloodbath of an election.

The only logical way this could happen is if women (of all races) are swinging hard towards Dems and Trump is drawing large swaths of minority male voters.

Biden is winning the black vote by more than that. I don't care what Rasmussen says whether they have Biden up in a poll or not. They're a crap pollster.

I'm going to make a minor political rant here (both sides are fair game in this rant) that will explain the above.

For the most part that IS what is happening. There is general revulsion/hostility against Trump's antics among women, however at the same time; The DNC has shown crystal clear that it for the most part does not recognize the interests of Minority men: As a result large numbers of minority men are swinging towards Trump. On twitter there are A LOT of Black and Hispanic Men who are stating outright that they will vote for Trump this November. I see this phenomenon at lot on twitter; Legions of Black Men and Hispanic Men prefer Trump over Biden.

Policies also matter, Biden has no policies to help minority men while Trump at least got criminal justice reform passed and the prospect of corporate economic setups exist as well. The DNC screwed the candidates that most minority men wanted during the primaries. Now some on the left/and even some trump supporters, might say: "what about the protests/Antifa/BLM" well if you watch the protestors/especially the more violent riots and look closely the majority of the people in these protests are often white. Most prominent minority activists and especially among the more aggressive agitators, most of the minorities participating tend to be women/or gay men. Meanwhile Biden/Harris is a ticket that urban/suburban professional women like for some reason; On twitter most women tend to be against Trump with the exception of some Rural white women.

Rasmussen has Trump's approval at 51 percent and it's been around that for a while.

This poll isn't the least bit accurate

Not seeing that in the CBS/YouGov released yesterday.

Whites: Biden 43, Trump 51
Blacks: Biden 85, Trump 9
Hispanics: Biden 63, Trump 25
All males: Biden 47, Trump 46
All females: Biden 56, Trump 38

Blacks, 2016: Clinton 89, Trump 8
Hispanics, 2016: Clinton 66, Trump 28
Females, 2016: Clinton 54, Trump 41

I'm not seeing a statistically significant shift in POC voting from 2016.

Tell all you Tumplicans a little secret. Women have been working like crazy since 2016 to get the Democratic vote out. First in 2018 and now in 2020. Indivisible Groups across the country have been writing postcards and making phone calls urging registered Democratic women to get out and vote for the Democratic candidate. They are doing the same for registered black voters. They have been contacting all registered Democratic voters in swing states. My group alone h as contacted 22,000 registered Democratic voters, urging them to get out and vote. We have been doggedly working for 4 years for the goal of seeing Trump lose this election. All Trump has are his gun toting White National and Proud Boy base. Also the people on this site who have been so poisoned by the Kool Aid that they cannot see the forest for the trees. He has done nothing to grow his base and done everything to alienate the female and black voters. Trump is going down!

You need to single out WISCONSIN. This poll is Wisconsin only, not nationwide.

Below ..Rasmussen has WI Trump approval ratings in the same WI poll

Forty-five percent (45%) of Wisconsin voters approve of the job Trump is doing, while 53% disapprove.

Rasmussen has Pennsylvania tied.

He's not down by this much in Wisconsin and tied in Pennsylvania.

Use some logic

Rasmussen doesn't poll individual states very often. I follow Rasmussen because they announce results daily and they only talk to likely voters.
Hopefully, they will continue to poll Wisconsin and continue to post results....
I look forward to it.
The strangest thing I keep seeing at Rasmussen is their continuous reporting that Black likely voters support Trump at 45%.

FWIW, Obama polled at 49% approval the day before he he got 51% of the vote.
