When the guy you are running against is a serial liar, you campaign against the serial liar and the tens of thousands of lies he's told. And being a serial liar is not a positive trait, so in essence, Trump himself has set the tone of the election all by his lying little self.
... and Trump isn't a doctor but yet the Dems want to blame COVID on him as if nobody would have died and the virus would have never shown up the US if Obama was President.
Trump listened to the medical experts who were wrong as often as they were right...
... and can ANYONE tell me what Biden would be campaigning on if China hadn't dropped the COVID bomb on us? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?
The only campaign strategy being used by Biden is to bash Trump with misinformation and lies and the media will not hold Biden accountable.
This is part of the reason I identify with Republicans. Far more optimistic, live and let live, seemingly happier bunch! Liberals tend to be angry, cynical and miserable.

200,000+ Covid deaths and rising. Choosing economy over lives. Saying those people were going to die anyway (duh, everyone dies eventually).
Republicans trying to overturn ACA Health Insurance which will result in people with pre-existing conditions being refused the ability to buy a health insurance plan.
Fighting against wearing masks which protect lives.
OK with big companies polluting air and water which results in sickness and death to people and animals.
Science deniers that pretend like climate change doesn't exist because the lobbyists that fill their campaign coffers want them to deny science.
GOP is the party of Live and let DIE. They don't care about people. They only care about big corporations and uber wealthy donors. They just pretend to care about people in order to get votes. Live and let DIE.
