Dunno about "in the bag", but it'll sure help.
St Louis County went for Hillary, 57.7K to 46.1K votes. So a shift to Trump will mean something like 6,000 votes that Trump will pick up, making it 52K Trump & 51K Biden.
But Trump lost Minnesota by 45,000 votes. I think he has to pick them in in Hennepin County, where he lost 429K to 191K.
Ramsey County also has 100,000 votes that Trump could get this time.....
I didn't notice any other Minnesota counties that had enough new votes available to Trump to make much difference. https://www.politico.com/2016-electi...ent/minnesota/
too many hipsters in Duluth proper for it to vote net positive for Trump. Suburban and outlying Duluth is a whole different world, though, and I suspect heavily Trump favored.
why dont you go find the actual poll and link to it instead of linking us to a tweet about another tweet where a 3rd party claims a person released a poll a couple of weeks ago.
