The 1% includes many wealthy Democrats, and they dislike paying more taxes.

What is your source for Biden thinking businesses will not invest and create jobs if he passes such a tax increase?

And didn't businesses invest and create jobs five years ago, when those taxes were even higher than he is proposing?
