Trump lost another one. He was trying to stop Maricopa County from certifying. The judge dismissed the case pretty much without comment and allows state to recoup their fees from the GOP. The latter is unusual and reserved for cases of obvious abuse of the courts.

It will be made that much more difficult once he leaves the country to avoid prosecution as he mused a few back.

If these frivolous lawsuits mean the Ga, Az, and the Omaha congressional seat get to help carry Biden over the finish line while MI or Pa are still battling it out, the irony could be cut with a knife.
