Any state legislature can determine the certification invalid and select it's own electors. This is about to happen in Georgia, Arizona and Michigan. At that point, President Elect Trump will be here to help reform our electoral system to prevent systemic cheating against voters in all post 2020 elections.
What he is doing is attempting to destroy democracy, and you are his willing accomplice.
You need a court to support you and your case just got tossed.

This was floated in the white house long before election day. I posted about it a few times myself weeks ago here and here, this was telegraphed all over.
Trump knew two things months ago:
he would not get the popular vote no matter what he did (hard for any Republican, impossible for Trump)
his pathway to victory in the electoral college was extremely narrow, too narrow to take for granted, almost impossible
So this was the back up plan, and Trump spent months sowing distrust in our electoral process. He did not expect to win a fair election, so he did indeed want to poison your mind about it.
Looks like he was a tremendous success at poisoning your mind.

This is law and order, this is how checks and balances work. Allowing a compromised vote to stand is antithetical to rule of law. Sidney Powell is introducing evidence taken from a U.S. military cyber task force and will demonstrate the fraud.
She will eventually prosecute via military tribunal those who she believes have been treasonous. Trump has allowed the level of corruption to be exposed, and it is time to clean us up. We must have confidence that future elections will not be compromised by hostiles, foreign or domestic.
Sidney Powell is a military attorney and can charge then prosecute cases before a military tribunal.

Thank god we are a Republic. We are not a democracy. What is happening is a Republic is correcting a compromised election using lawful means provided to it by the Constitution. This event was understood as possible by our founders and they provided a way to correct.

You know darn well that if it was Biden who was cheated out of a win due to fraud, you and your ilk would be screaming from the rafters and demanding an investigation. Yet, when it happens to the other side, you expect the other side to lie down, roll over and play dead. Talk about double standards.
It's doubtful that the state legislature is going to follow Mastriano's insanity (there are sane Republicans). He even said it was going to be difficult, "we're pushing from behind," etc. You people are too much.
