I believe Obama has already won the nomination. Everything else is just commentary. But for the sake of entertainment, let's say there's still a chance for Hillary to win this thing. I have thought of several scenarios whereby Obama's fortunes can turn south rapidly, paving the way for a Hillary nomination:
1. Obama is uncovered as the 21st of the 9/11 suicide bombers who somehow failed to board the plane that was supposed to crash into the White House
2. Barack and Michelle Obama are actually siblings, and they are therefore engaged in an incestuous relationship with each other
3. Barack is discovered to be the son of Bill Clinton....the fruit of Bill's youthful indiscretions in the backwoods of Arkansas (Bill was 14 yrs old at that time, so it's not totally improbable)
4. Barack was actually born a female, but had a sex change operation 20 years ago
5. Barack is found to be a 6th degree cousin of Adolf Hitler
6. Barack is sucked up by a freak tornado as he is campaigning in a trailer park in West Virginia (all the more reason for him to stay away from those darn tornado magnets)
1) His obvious sophmoric stances need to mature quickly or he'll get ground up in a debate.
2) If some of his questionable aquaintences turn out to be more than just the innocence he states it is.
3) If enough people really feel they cannot trust him due to his questionable relationships and people's current mistrust of Islamics. Not saying he is Islamic, but I think it's a growing movement amoung some groups.
4) If he continues to have problems in the vast majority of swing states.
5) If he can't learn to muzzle his wife.
6) If he turns out to be a JFK with whores in every town from San Diego to Miami.
7) If the evangelical turnout is unusally heavy and continues to vote republican.
