It has already been court ordered since January... They have had plenty of time to bring this up and not just take it upon themselves to withhold the router and passwords.
The people are not stupid....

If you believe foreign nations are involved in this you would believe just about anything.

This isn't the "people of the state", its the GOP partisans in the senate. This is all their decision to waste tax payer dollars chasing a lie that the election was stolen, Six months after an election and Biden isn't going anywhere, you must be very disappointed with your predictions over the years.
I'll take it you really meant a bipartisan audit in the first sentence. At least I hope you did.
Funny you should bring that up. The Democrats have been offered a place at the table the entire time and refused.
Katie Hobbs is more than welcome to bring the Democrat members of the senate in to be involved.
Not Soros back political activist groups.

When it gets done. there is no timeline or dateline to meet. It is going to be that thorough.
So far it looks like they have completely finished 2 pallets, from camera 9's view.

Why Did Maricopa Have a 12% Adjudication Rate? This September 2020 Article Provides a Clue:

Maricopa County Recorder Fontes Ignores Supreme Court Ruling, Advises Voters To Cross Out Errors

“I was disappointed to see that after being ordered by a court to stop telling voters to intentionally spoil their ballot, county recorder Adrian Fontes has taken to twitter to tell voters to do just that,” said Alexander Kolodin, attorney for the Arizona Public Integrity Alliance. “Never in my career have I seen a recorder with such blatant contempt for the letter and the spirit of the law.”

Adrian Fontes should have, by law, addressed this because he was still in office.

Why would Adrian Fontes NOT notify the public or those on the protected address list?

Why did Stephen Richer wait until mid-March to notify of the breach?

CodeMonkeyZ? You mean Q?

To be more precise - the Cyber Ninjas will announce their results when they find what they believe to be evidence that supports their preconceived conclusions. If they fail to find such evidence, they will simply fade from view...sort of like the Antrim County Michigan forensic audit conducted by Allied Security Operations Group.

But the next milestone in this effort is this Friday, May 14th. By legal contract between the Arizona Senate and the Arizona State Fair Commission, Cyber Ninjas must by that date vacate the facility where they are conducting the audit - and they must remove all of their materials as well, including the Dominion voting machines, the cases upon cases of ballots, the tables and chairs, the fencing and the signage, the video cameras, even the taped lines on the floor.

The count is moving at glacial pace. About 10% is finished. On the 14th the audit has to stop because the venue is rented. So far there is no new contract to either store the ballots or to use the place again in June when it might again be available.

In the ultimate irony, the venue will likely not be available in July because the Crossroads of the West has it rented for the annual big gun sale/show.

Short answer: late June. Highly possible answer: Never.

Glad to see some republican senators admitting the truth.

Quote:
Paul Boyer, a Republican who represents a suburb in Phoenix, told the publication that he initially supported and voted for the recount, but regrets doing so after seeing how poorly it is being conducted.

"It makes us look like idiots," Boyer told the publication. "Looking back, I didn't think it would be this ridiculous. It's embarrassing to be a state senator at this point."
