I thought she chose her words just fine. Very brutally simple. She said "white," she meant "white."
Now, the "hard-working" part, somehow I don't think she means a lawyer married to a doctor or something. The classic "working families" usually means "white working class."

I love how politicians (and journalists) say "families" when they mean "people/citizens/consumers/households." As in, "Famililes will have a harder time paying their heating costs this year." Yippee! I'm a single, living-alone homeowner. Does that mean I'm not going to have a harder time paying my heating bills?

I thought Hillary chose terrible words and so do many other people. She made it seem like only "white people" are hard working and "african amerians" are not. Could you imagine the "HELL" that would get raised if Obama said it in reverse and came across saying only "african americans" were hard working. The media would have pounced on him BIG TIME!!!

PS In case people wonder.... No, I'm not black and making this a race thing... I am a white female and believe in standing for what is right regardless of the color of someone's skin and the media has given Obama a rough ride on this race thing, including Hillary.
