Aide Says McCain Is Best To Beat Clinton, Political Players: Former Bush Strategist Mark McKinnon Says N.H. Key for GOP Nomination - CBS News

McKinnon to depart Team McCain - First Read - msnbc.com

When you read the two links you see how significant this is. How many of the McCain staff are there because of money and not shared committment to his candidacy?

It doesn't make anyone look good. McCain lost some key folks last year and I thought he was on solid ground now. This surprises me.

If I remember correctly, if he felt the campaign was attacking Obama, he would resign.

Now, to call Obama on the carpet for his naive and dangerous ideas on foreign policy "attacks"....good thing the guy is leaving, if that was the reason he decided to go.
