I seriously doubt it. Biden will be lucky if he can rise from a chair by then. I think this is a smokescreen to keep a thousand Democratic hopefuls from flooding the primaries.
The only place Biden will be in 2024 is in the toilet, figuratively and literally. He'll then be brought out in the wheelchair wearing only his Depends, and with a blank stare on his face they'll play some doctored videos on a screen before they wheel him back to the dementia ward.
Anyone that wants him to still be in office, or thinks he'll have any cognitive abilities left is as goofy as he is.
Trump knows it, Trump followers know it, the GOP will never, ever nominate Trump again. So why even bring up his name?
President's are nothing more than figureheads/puppets. Biden does need to have his fingers working to sign bills for payback to his corporate donors, and does he need a functional mind for that? His top advisors are the ones that are really in charge. And, never overlook the PBT, Power Behind The Throne, his wife!

If he wins the primary by a solid margin, how are they going to stop him? They failed in 2016 to stop him.
Michelle? might as well run Oprah. Michelle is not a politician and never has taken a stand on any issue or had to explain and debate her views. You Democrats would nominate Kevin Hart if you could.
Our president will run in 2024 and has declared it to Obama. And if he does, he will again be elected with "the most votes in American presidential history" no matter his popularity. He may also campaign again mostly from his basement, or not campaign at all. That may be the secret to his success.
Trump received the most REAL votes in presidential history. Like Barry Bonds being declared "the home run champ", fake votes don't count in the record books.
