While I fully understand that whoever PA elects as Senator, is going to affect the entire country, as far as PA goes I am very concerned about Mastriano's extremist views. Not only for his participation in January 6th, wanting to appoint an AG who will overturn elections, etc., but definitely his extremist views on social issues.
No such thing as Separation of Church and State. "We are a Christian Nation". He has scrubbed his ties to Anti-Semetic sites, but we can read the lines of that. I highly doubt OZ, as a Muslim, is in favor of something like that.
Now with overturning of Roe, that is also an issue with him. He has sponsored legislation in the past to ban abortions at only 6 weeks, with no exceptions. So what would he do as Governor?? Wolf has overruled all legislation in PA concerning this issue.
There is an old saying that if we cannot learn from the past we are doomed to repeat it. iI can remember when NY legalized abortion in 1970, and NJ didn't, NJ women were going into NY. Not difficult with mass transit. So if Mastriano has his way as Governor, the same will happen again. NEPA and SEPA women will get on mass transit, and go to NJ, or NY. That won't break the bank for them, but what about Central and Western PA women?????
He is also against Gay Marriage. So if the SC overturns that too, will he not recognize that in PA as well? So when my daughter and her wife visit us in PA, will they have to worry about their NY marriage not be recognized in PA when they visit us? We had this dicscussion with them when they visited us living in Florida.
While I still wouldn't vote for Oz, I think Mastriano is a far more extreme candidate.
Mastriano will never be governor of PA just like the rest of the Trump whack pack running in PA none of them will win a statewide election.

But you know what, he should make public his medical record from 3 years ago min. since he got a stroke and it affects his brain and performance. We want to know also what caused it. Drug abuse? The voters should know. Drug abusers have an increased risk of both hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke. Was it drugs or alcohol or both.

Some of the most common drugs that can cause a stroke are cocaine, methamphetamine and alcohol. He should release his medical records to show voters the extent of his stroke and damage to his brain and the cause of it.
