Regardless, DeSantis is a dud. That is an extraordinary weak poll for somebody who is supposed to be the next Trump. DeSantis won’t do as well as Trump in a general election and all the heads on here know that. The heads cling to trump because it is their only hope they MAGA goes on.
The best GOP candidate for 2024 would be Adam Kinzinger. He would have broad appeal. But he doesn’t pander to the tinfoil hat crazies. Many of whom post on this sub forum.
I'm pretty sure weepy adam doesn't even appeal to his own wife.
She was my first choice in the Democrats running last time....followed by Mayor Pete.

She was correct. Basically, folks like Barrett and Gorsuch lied. They said it was settled and that they believed in stare decisis. As the veep noted "I didn't believe them."
The poll showed Trump defeating both Biden and Harris in hypothetical 2024 contests. Trump had 43 percent support to Biden's 40 percent, with 17 percent undecided.
In a theoretical race against Harris, Trump performed even better, garnering 45 percent to Harris' 39 percent with 16 percent of respondents undecided.
Trump will crush both Biden or Harris. Newsom? If he's smart he'll stay out of 2024. Better to wait.
DeSantis? If Trump doesn't run he'll get the nod and win. The MSM simply won't be able to carry Harris across the finish line like they did Biden. Not in this economy.

Not a chance. But it is interesting how some Dems continue to suggest Trump has no chance of winning yet seem petrified he might run again.
Now is at least a year too early to poll 2024 candidates. If DeSantis raises the money to campaign in Iowa and New Hampshire, and Kamala Harris still has her job, then the polls are still probably BS, but there will be primary results.

Trump lied, Obama lied, Biden lies constantly - but he’s senile, and Harris is a moron that generates nothing.
Why anyone would give those politicians any credence is difficult to comprehend.
As far as congress goes, they should be limited to two terms, the first one in the Capitol, the second in prison.
