Harris at this point would be Hillary 2.0 regardless of if it is deserved. The narrative about her is already in place and she would suffer from Dems staying at home much like Clinton in 2016.
The RCP shows a fairly tight race, could go either way, with Trump maybe a slight edge. The MSN poll that OP cited fits in with that.
What it all means is that half the country hates Trump, and would vote for a senile octogenarian before they would vote for Trump. The other half hates Biden, and would vote for a raving madman who tried to take down democracy before they would pull the lever for Biden.

On January 6th there was 1,000 assaults on police officers trying to defend the capitol. Trump is probably going to be convicted. At the very least he won’t be able to run again.
