Abortion is a Women's rights issue, and all of the ones I know are pissed and waiting for November to show just how much.

You must know a lot of women that share their personal opinion about abortion with you. What state are you from S.C., are they turning S.C. blue?

Every election, both State and Federal will feel the effect of the backlash against the Dobbs ruling to overturn Roe v Wade.

People are starting to wake up to the fact that elections have consequences. When basic rights are being taken from them, they will react. It shouldn't be surprising to see a shift away from the Right, since they are responsible for creating the activist SCOTUS that is ready to overturn the right to contraception and the right to privacy in our bedrooms. Dobbs was just the beginning.

Please stop lying to "help" your side. The Supreme Court has no intention of overturning the right to contraception, as was stated in the Dobbs decision, which you would have known if you had bothered to read it. You are spreading disinformation!

Every election is unique, but in 2020 virtually all the polls in North Carolina's Senate race predicted that Tillis (the Republican incumbent) would lose - and they were wrong. Yes, the Democrat had a personal scandal come to light at the last minute, but I doubt this had much of an impact on the race given that Trump won North Carolina by virtually the same margin as Tillis. North Carolina leans Republican by a small margin, and the urban counties containing Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Asheville, etc. aren't quite large enough to outvote the rest of the state.

Moreover, Budd doesn't appear to be a problematic Republican candidate, like Walker in Georgia (incoherent and hit with allegations of abuse), Oz in Pennsylvania (out of touch elitist) or Masters in Arizona (took extremist positions in the primary and is now backtracking). He seems like more of a standard Trump supporting conservative like Rubio in Florida.

The NC race will be interesting Budd might have a slight edge due to the environment, but the environment is improving for Democrats of late. As far as the 2020 Senate race, with the timing of Cunningham's scandal it is tough to really know how much of an impact it had. Considering how close the race and polling were, even a shift of two points would have made the difference.

With that said, this race is certainly worth keeping an eye on. It is a toss up at this point. If either side wins by more than 5 points I would be surprised, and I would expect it to be within a couple points.

Why not, he is the most popular person in the GOP with DeSantis. Is not going to be Mitch or Liz or the Bushes. Will Beasley let Joe Biden campaign for her in the state or she will block his number?

All you have to do is pay attention to the words of the most influential activist judge on SCOTUS, Justice Clarence Thomas. Would you consider his statements to be "disinformation"?

He argued in an opinion released in June that the Supreme Court “should reconsider” its past rulings codifying rights to contraception access, same-sex relationships and same-sex marriage.

“...should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell” — three cases having to do with Americans’ fundamental privacy, due process and equal protection rights.

I remember when it was argued SCOTUS would never overturn Roe v Wade. They were wrong about that, and they will be wrong about this as well.

Voters are not stupid. It will be reflected at the ballot box.
