EXCLUSIVE — The first-ever Alpha News/Trafalgar Group statewide Minnesota poll was released this morning, marking Alpha News’ expansion into polling.

Republicans could be on the verge of winning their first statewide race since 2006, with the attorney general’s race representing the best opportunity for a GOP pickup, according to the results.

The results of the new Alpha News/Trafalgar Group poll show tight races in all four statewide contests with just a few days to go until early voting begins.

Deep Blue Minnesota is within the margin of error for Republicans?

I’m continually amazed they didn’t vote red after the Floyd riots. If they vote blue this time then we will know they are weak and want the increased crime that came with their reaction to Floyd.

That's shocking because Walz and Ellison are supposed to be the favorites in the MN gubernatorial and attorney general's races. Is Ellison doing as bad as Walz? Just saying. Either way, I see them as favorites until Election Day only because MN has always been a tough target for the GOP, even in 1984, 2016, and 2020. A lot of MN folks need to brief us about this race because I never really thought Walz would be doing so poorly, even though he's still leading.
