We also do not appreciate that it is now a state issue as the state of FL as well as many other states will use that to violated womens' rights.

an R woman that was ok with the courts making up law in 1973 and big government that is mad that it went to the states like they should have done in 1973. You must be a Rockefeller Republican.

The court didn't make up law in 1973. They declared a TX law unconstitutional.

The states have proven over and over again they are incapable of effectively governing when it comes to fundamental human rights.

Kavanaugh's opinion in Dobbs says it is up to the states OR feds. What kind of Republican are you calling him?

There is no “right” to an abortion.

Yes they did. Abortion is not mention in the U.S. constitution. They violated the 10th amendment.

9th amendment; 14 amendment. Lots of words not in the Constitution.

Textual interpretation of the Constitution which basically amounts to sounding out the words like a kindergartener while disregarding the overarching context of the entire document is the height of stupidity.

However, its really not the topic of this thread.

Don't we all have a right to decide what's best for our bodies. Or do you think our bodies should be controlled by government taking away our choices and forcing their personal beliefs on us.

You open the can of worms about Roe, which is the #1 issue for you in all your posts. Why don't you make up more law and say eating food is a constitutional right.
