However, my real question relates to Fetterman - what makes you think he is the new Dem star? I honestly haven't seen that and am curious.

Basically his image as an everyday Joe. This was the selling point many in the MSM liked to focus on.

Although it appears his image wasn't exactly accurate and has begun to unravel. Fetterman likely never had to worry about bills pilling up or a sudden rent increase.

Not when mom/dads check book was always just a phone call away.

Yep, he's just your average Ivy League-educated, trust-fund beneficiary, workin' man, everyday average Joe.

12 million dollars of Texas state money spent on bus rides for illegals wow could have been spent on the electrical grid. All it's done is cause more to show up for their free bus ride.

How much do you think it would have cost the Texas taxpayer if they stayed in Texas? What do you think the illegals pouring into Texas by the tens of thousands are already costing the state?

You're absolutely right though, Biden needs to get the border back under control so Texas can focus its resources on improving its grid. Or on any number of other projects that will benefit the citizens and legal residents of Texas.

Abbott’s platform last year was the illegal aliens were criminal invaders and potential terrorists- and I tend to agree. This year he stops the rhetoric and gives a free bus ride to potential terrorists, spreading them out over many big cities in our country. How does this benefit anyone? It should be a crime to proliferate terrorism. Yet more than half of people in red states think this stupid stunt is a good thing.

All he's doing is sending the invaders and potential terrorists to places that openly welcome them. What's the harm in that?

The consequences for our country could be disastrous, theoretically. I realize Dems hate their country and have failed on this issue, but Republicans just took the hatred of their country to the next level by accelerating the failure. There is something genuinely evil about that and I can’t stand behind it.
