Isn't it amazing that the entire COUNTRY of Brazil can tabulate millions of ballots in ONE NIGHT and produce an election result?

Meanwhile, here in the USA, places run by Democrats take days, weeks, and even months to tabulate election results, even though the number of ballots is much smaller.

How can that be? We all know why.

I don't think you do know otherwise you wouldn't have asked that question. The cities themselves don't determine how they are going to count the votes. That is up to the state laws which only the legislatures could change. In both Pennsylvania and Michigan prior to the election Democrats tried to get the laws changed to allow the mail in ballots to be pre-processed like Ohio and other states do, but the Republicans in those states wouldn't allow that to happen or they demanded ridiculous conditions.

Remember Trump's plan for stealing the election was to declare victory while he led in states like PA and MI. He didn't want those votes counted until days after the election so that he could claim fraud.

Some highlights from the source:

There's one central federal authority (the Electoral Court) that runs the elections, as opposed to 50 different US States.

They use electronic ballot boxes, allowing the elections to be fully computerized.

They don't use voter ID. They are implementing a biometric system for voter identification. Voters' fingerprints are taken at voter registration, are kept on file by the Electoral Court. Currently, 119 million voters are recorded in the system.

Additionally, there's no Electors, the winning candidate is the one with a majority of the vote, and if no one gets a majority, then there's a run-off election between the top two vote getters.
