When we moved to our new home, the welcome packet included voters registration application.
I can get a registration application card by:
Walk down to the library.
Across the street from the library is CityHall and get a
I can down load and print a registration.
When we had phone books, an application was included in the book.
The hard part has always been supplying a unique SS#, birth certificate/record#, drivers licence or passport that had previously been supported by documentation. Besides showing residence.

JMO, you've been watching too much tv.
