In the California governor debate between incumbent Gavin Newsom and the GOPs Brian Dahle Newsom said he would complete his 4 year term if elected.

Either he's lying or taking himself out of the 2024 presidential election because the DNC realizes the Biden stink would be too much to overcome in 2024.
