Along with bringing President Bush along, McCain ought to try holding his fund raising gatherings at the biggest convention centers in metro Texas. Surely, there's still hordes and hordes of Bush and Republican lovers in that state. The same can be said of Oklahoma.

Ron Paul could pull enough votes away from McCain to the point that Obama wins Arizona.

This thing is far from being over on either side. The media still doesn't realize it.

As boring as McBush is, any side-show act would attract a bigger crowd in the desert.

The Burning Man Project :: Welcome Home

Thousands of hippies and "artists" gather every year. It's not a side-show, it's the main attraction.

Not likely, sweetie. I was never in Hillaryland. I do think she's a better choice than Obama for the Democrats. She's more moderate. But that's neither here no r there. Neither party has a true nominee until their conventions. McCain's title of nominee is still presumptive. There are efforts in a few states to unbind their delegates before the convention. McCain might not have enough delegates to win on a first round. All the remaining candidates will get a chance to speak to the delegates at the convention.

After the first vote, a lot of states unbind their delegates. A few states take as many as 3 votes to unbind theirs. Ron Paul is still in this race as long as his supporters continue to do what it takes behind the scenes. You know, get involved, do something more than sign wave. But don't tell anyone, it's a secret.
