Let's see...

Here he was for it, then against it, then for it again:

Presidential Candidate Barack Obama Backs Federal Decriminalization -- “I think the war on drugs has been a failure, and I think we need to rethink and decriminalize our marijuana laws.” - NORML

And then he changed his mind again and was against it:

Obama Campaign Retracts Statement Supporting Decriminalization - NORML

Does this guy ever make up his mind on anything? This kind of behavior is NOT what I expect from a President.

It depends, if he makes up his mind will he get your vote?

If so then he will, otherwise he won't. Oh and it's time for change right? It's all about change!!

He was for it before he was against it, especially when he was growing up smoking it. It depends on who he is talking to.

Give him a break, he has a hard time making a decision when the teleprompter isnt in front of him.

Wait... Has he made up a story about how is dad brought over the first seed to America yet?

Gosh, the more I find out about this freak the worse it gets.

And no, he cannot make up his mind on anything, he has a problem with making quick decisions which scares me, how is this guy going to protect us when he has to ask his wife or his pastors what to do?

Maybe he was 'high'.

Let's just legalize all the drugs. Goverment and citzens should stay away from other people's personal business.

Obama doesn't know where he stands on this issue. He wants to decriminalize marijuana but is hesitant because he doesn't want to come off as having a black agenda and also doesn't want to alienate the family values Democrats.

How does decriminalizing marijuana connect with having a black agenda?

They should just legalize it already. We spend too much money prosecuting it, and alcohol is way more dangerous.

If you're going to flip flop, you should take lessons from McCain and only flip flop on the really important issues like Iraq and the economy.

Bottom line: if you're going to double talk, go BIG!

He doesn't know where he stands on a lot of issues.

There was a good story in the Washington Post recently that talked about how the Obama team formulated policy: They didn't. They thought they could run on something nebulous like "Hope" and "Change" without telling people what changes to hope for.

He's REALLY not ready for prime time.
