^It will not surprise me if either one wins, and neither candidate is evil incarnate.
I think Kentucky will survive either way.

OMG; lolol...

Check out "It's Andy (for Kentucky)," a new music video on You Tube by Nate Orshan.

I would cut-and-paste the link, but I haven't figured out how to yet on my new laptop.

And THIS is why he'll win!

"A great job" at promoting himself, I agree. I don't happen to care for his positions or values (actual values; not the church choirboy persona he projects), but it's the cult-like following I find most disturbing and worrisome. Such blind adoration hasn't turned out well in other cases.

I read something yesterday showing Cameron has quickly closed the gap in the last couple of weeks with just a 2 point difference now, saying it could go either way but it could all be noise. Tuesday night should be interesting. Perhaps we won't know until sometime Wednesday who pulls this off.
For certain, the election is Beshear's to lose.

He certainly has celebrity status especially with women, kind of like a younger Tom Cruise of Kentucky.

Exactly, and his fan girls couldn't care less WHAT he stands for. It's all very touchy-feely and NOT about the issues. Dangerous, if you ask me.

For certain, the election is Beshear's to lose.
The poll showing it within 2 was a Republican PAC sponsored poll. Not saying that makes it inaccurate, but it is worth mentioning. If I had to guess, I would expect Beshear to win by the mid single digits or so as it does seem like he has an advantage, though it is hard to say how big of an advantage it really is.

It is really hard to say. That's why I mentioned that the poll could just be noise.

I'll say this much though. Republicans tend to do much better than what polls show in KY. Mitch McConnel for example won by a significant larger margin than what was predicted. It really depends on voter turn out in small communities vs Louisville and Lexington.
And like I mentioned previously, if everyone in the state votes along party lines, then Cameron will win taking into account independents split evenly. Beshear won the first time because the incumbent Governor was extremely disliked by dems and a good percentage of reps too, and Beshear won by a very small percentage.

I wouldn't bet on any of this though. It's all too much up in the air.
