Biden's handlers will NEVER let him debate Trump or anyone else who is the Republican nominee. The guy cannot even read off a telepromter and forgets where he is mid sentence. Can you image how bad he would do if left to his own devices? What excuse do you think Biden will use to avoid attending the debates?
Televised debates are so badly managed these days. The moderators have no enforcement mechanisms when a candidate disregards the rules, the time limits, the interruptions, let alone the canned non-answers to direct questions, and then there's the lying without simultaneous fact-checking. It's just embarrassing. Also the behavior of the audiences is appalling. Put the country out of its misery and just stop these things. An interview format would be better. Town halls can sometimes work. Anything but the absurd theater that is called a "debate" these days. At the very least cut the mics when a candidate is speaking out of turn, interrupting, or going over time.
at this point Biden can only read what is put before him. Not Biden's fault, his affliction is old age, will happen to all of us if we're privileged enough to live into our 80's.
The problem is he shouldn't be in charge of 350 million people when his best is clearly in the past.
I keep asking this, does anyone know any 82 year olds looking for work besides Biden?
